How do I
place an order?
You can place an order at www.natashasomalia.com. You will receive an email confirming your order that includes your order number. If you prefer to order by phone, please call us at 215-264-1100 from Monday – Friday 8am – 8pm EST

We accept cash, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Debit Cards.
We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, our shipping estimates are not guarantees or promises that a product will ship on a specific day.
Our preferred shipping carrier is USPS.
Sorry, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
All items must be shipped to a valid street address.
Shipping charges are based upon the shipment option you select at Checkout.
Standard Delivery: (3-7 Business Days)
Express Delivery: (2 Business Days)
Delivery to some remote addresses may require up to 2 additional days

RETURN POLICY We are committed to our customer's satisfaction with our merchandise beyond the point of sale. Unfortunately, ALL sales are FINAL with Natasha Somalia Products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or credits on salon services except for replacing damaged products.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES If your package has been lost/stolen, please contact your mail carrier and file a dispute.
